Terms and Conditions                      

 

The customer agrees, by completing the registration form, that they accept the Terms and Conditions.

CLASS REGISTRATION & FEES

• All participants must be registered before their first class.

• Places are confirmed once a completed and signed registration form has been received.

• Payment can be made on a ‘Pay As You Go’ basis, or as a block booking. Payment must be made before the session begins.

• Additional/extended sessions can be arranged by prior agreement with Simply Drama.

• All prices are subject to change however prices quoted at the time of booking will be honoured.

• I will do everything possible to ensure that no lessons are cancelled, however should I be unable to work due to illness or that of my dependents I will attempt to rearrange lessons in the first instance. If this is not possible, I will offer a refund/deferred payment for a future session.

• Any examination fees will be the responsibility of the participants’ parents/guardians.

SAFETY OF CHILDREN

• It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that any medical or SEND needs/requirements are disclosed at the time of registration and, where appropriate discussed with Simply Drama.  

• It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that any allergies are disclosed at the time of registration and, where appropriate discussed with Simply Drama. Simply Drama is a nut-free organisation.

• It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that children understand the importance of working safely in the drama space and that they have read our Health and Safety Policy.

• Parents/guardians should also read Simply Drama’s Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy

• Natalie at Simply Drama holds an Enhanced DBS and has had considerable training in safeguarding, most recently 'Child Protection for Tutors' CPD with the NSPCC. She is familiar with and confident in all aspects of both Keeping Children Safe in Education 2025 and Working Together to Safeguard Children 2023.

• Your contact details will be stored on an electronic storage and retrieval system which will be created for the exclusive use of Simply Drama for keeping in contact with you about classes. This data will not be used by any third party without prior consent.

• You have the right to request the removal of all personal data from Simply Drama’s systems at any time. 

• Photo/video consent will be given/refused upon registration.
   

Simply Drama has suitable public liability insurance and safety is of the utmost importance to us.
